410GE LIMITED 保留當接到投訴或政府及法院指令的情況下,做出以下行為的權力:
- a.接到政府命令而關閉用戶所使用的服務器或 IP 地址
- b.接到法院或偵察機構的相關文件,遵循指令提供相應數據、證據甚至關閉用戶服務器
- c.接到第三方投訴或律師函件,對用戶的服務器進行關閉及證據保全
- d.接到第三方或 IP 管理部門的投訴,對濫用 IP 地址的行為進行制止
- e.主動偵測到用戶的非法攻擊行為時,對用戶的服務器或網絡連接進行終止
- f.上游供應商因客戶行為遭到投訴或調查時,進行必要配合,包括提交證據或切斷該用戶的使用

5⚠️ 重要:如果客戶違反以上相關條款,10GE LIMITED 將停止其主機運行服務,所有款項將不給予退款申請,10GE LIMITED 保留刪除主機和暫停主機直至刪除會員賬號等權利。
10GE LIMITED 將從用戶完成支付之日起,至用戶申請退款、欠費、不續費、遺忘續費而被註銷為止,為用戶提供服務器服務。
有以下情形之一的,10GE LIMITED 不負任何責任:
- 1因用戶欠費、不續費或者遺忘續費導致的服務器無法訪問(使用)或數據丟失等。
- 2因用戶的操作或其他相關行為不當導致的服務器無法訪問(使用)或數據丟失等。
- 3因用戶的網站內容或使用行為違反本條款用戶義務規定導致的無法訪問或數據丟失等。
- 4因戰爭、武裝衝突、罷工、騷亂、暴動等重大社會非正常事件導致的無法訪問或數據丟失等。
- 5因地震、海嘯、颱風、洪水、火山爆發、山體滑坡、雪崩、泥石流等重大自然災害導致的無法訪問或數據丟失等。
- 6由於非我方所能控制的,且導致廣泛的互聯網傳輸故障的原因,例如災害、人為破壞、戰爭導致的電信基礎設施故障;由於黑客攻擊導致的大面積網絡故障。
- 7💡 10GE LIMITED 建議用戶為了數據安全和業務穩定運行,對數據進行定期備份。10GE LIMITED 沒有義務為用戶提供任何數據的備份。

1🚫 服務器產品自完成支付之日起算,無法退款回至支付賬戶,暫時僅支持退至網站賬戶餘額。

2有以下情形之一的,商戶有權在不退款的前提下,剝奪用戶使用權限:
- a.惡意試用 10GE LIMITED 服務器產品,惡意購買服務器用於非法用途(流量攻擊、木馬傳播等)
- b.違反本條款中用戶義務條款的。

110GE LIMITED 保證服務器在正常情況下達到 99.99% 在線的標準,若用戶證明 10GE LIMITED 無法達到這一標準,我們在認定之後,將給予延長服務期作為補償。本條款免責條款中規定的內容及其他不可抗力因素除外。

2用戶若違反本服務條款用戶義務規定的,10GE LIMITED 將直接刪除用戶的所有資料,不提供任何形式的備份和補償。

3用戶若違反本服務條款並造成嚴重後果或惡劣影響,10GE LIMITED 將不僅刪除用戶所有資料,並且不提供備份和補償,還將積極配合有關部門的工作,向有關部門提供相關資料作為證據。

- 1After completing the payment, the user is allowed to use the related products normally, continuously and steadily.

410GE LIMITED reserves the right to take the following actions upon receipt of complaints or government/court orders:
- a.Shut down the server or IP address upon government order
- b.Comply with court or investigative agency directives to provide data, evidence, or shut down user servers
- c.Shut down and preserve user servers upon third-party complaints or attorney letters
- d.Stop IP address abuse upon complaints from third parties or IP management departments
- e.Terminate user server or network connections upon detecting illegal attacks
- f.Cooperate with upstream suppliers under investigation due to user behavior, including submitting evidence or disconnecting users

5⚠️ Important: If the user violates the above terms, 10GE LIMITED will stop the host service and all payments will not be refunded. 10GE LIMITED reserves the right to delete or suspend the host until the member account is deleted.
10GE LIMITED will provide server services from the date the user completes the payment until the user applies for a refund, incurs arrears, fails to renew, or forgets to renew and is subsequently deactivated.
10GE LIMITED is not responsible for any of the following situations:
- 1The server cannot be accessed or data is lost due to user arrears, non-renewal, or forgotten renewal.
- 2The server cannot be accessed or data is lost due to improper user operations or related behaviors.
- 3Inaccessibility or data loss due to the user's website content or behavior violating the user obligations herein.
- 4Inaccessibility or data loss due to major social events such as wars, armed conflicts, strikes, riots, etc.
- 5Inaccessibility or data loss due to natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, typhoons, floods, volcanic eruptions, landslides, avalanches, etc.
- 6Widespread Internet transmission failures caused by factors beyond our control, such as disasters, sabotage, war-caused telecommunications infrastructure failures, or large-scale network failures from hacker attacks.
- 7💡 10GE LIMITED advises users to regularly back up their data to ensure data security and stable business operation. 10GE LIMITED is not obliged to provide any data backup to users.

1🚫 Server products cannot be refunded from the date of payment completion.

210GE LIMITED may revoke user access without refund in the following situations:
- a.Malicious trial of 10GE LIMITED products or malicious purchase for illegal purposes (traffic attacks, Trojan propagation, etc.)
- b.Violation of the user obligation terms of this agreement.
- 110GE LIMITED guarantees that servers will maintain a 99.99% uptime standard under normal circumstances. If the user proves otherwise and 10GE LIMITED confirms the failure, an extension of the service period will be provided as compensation. This excludes events covered under the Disclaimer and force majeure.
- 2If the user violates the user obligations in this Terms of Service, 10GE LIMITED will directly delete all user data without providing backup or compensation.
- 3If the violation causes serious consequences or adverse effects, 10GE LIMITED will delete all user data without backup or compensation, and will actively cooperate with relevant authorities by providing materials as evidence.
10GE LIMITED reserves the right to change the terms of service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the last revision date at the bottom of this page.
