Due to local policy requirements, we will discontinue our services in Cambodia effective October 1, 2026.
If you are currently using any servers or instances located in Cambodia, please select one of the following options before the service termination date:
Option 1 | Terminate the Instance and Receive a Refund
Your current Cambodia instance will be terminated, and the unused portion of the service fee will be refunded on a daily prorated basis.
Option 2 | Migrate to Another Region Yourself
We will provision a new instance in your designated region. You will be responsible for completing the data and service migration before the Cambodia service termination date.
Option 3 | Managed Migration by Our Team
We will fully migrate your existing Cambodia instance to either Vietnam.
The service will experience temporary downtime during the migration process, and the migration is expected to be completed within 12–24 hours.
Please contact us through the support ticket system after receiving this email and confirm your preferred option as soon as possible.
If we do not receive your selection before the service termination date, we will automatically proceed with Option 1, which means the Cambodia instance will be terminated and the unused service period will be refunded on a daily prorated basis.

To avoid data loss or service disruption, please ensure that all necessary backups and arrangements are completed in advance.
