As the IP range 117.18.0.0 will cease to be broadcasted on August 15, 2025, we will be assigning a new IP to users currently within this range. The expected operation time is August 10, 2025. At that time, please refresh your server management page to view the new IP.

If you wish to change your IP earlier, you may submit a support ticket in advance.


Ongoing Support:

If the new IP has any issues, we accept related support tickets for free IP replacement within 72 hours. After that period, the standard IP replacement policy will apply.

Possible Issues:

Since the IP change is an automated process, some systems with user-customized configurations may fail to apply the new IP automatically. If the server is unreachable after the change, please connect via VNC to check whether the new IP has been successfully configured in the system.

If not, manually configure the new IP, subnet mask, and gateway based on the information provided on your server management page.
